Welcome To my Homepage!This site was done intentionally for a class assignment. It's about lebanese cuisine, the famous dishes, the ethnicity of mediteranean food. Lebanese dishes rely mostly on the agriculture of the country. Lebanon is famous for olives, olive oil, potatoes, and all kind of well known vegetables. The specialties like burgul, a wheat and yogurt product is included in most dishes, Tahini sauce which is sesame sauce can be found in most middle eastern food stores.
